Panaskan minyak selama 15 minit diatas dapur. Setelah itu bolehlah dimasukkan kentang. Goreng sehingga kekuningan dan empuk. Setelah masak, boleh di tapis minyaknya. Kentang hendaklah di tumbuk sehingga lumat. Kemudian ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan minyak zaitun. Masukkan bawang merah kecil dan bawang putih setelah kuali panas.Masukkan lada sulah, jintan manis dan jintan putih. Kemudian masukkan hirisan daging ayam. Masak sehingga daging ayam masak. Bolehlah dimasukkan sedikit garam dan serbuk perasa. Gaul sehigga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan tadi ke dalam kentang yang sudah ditumbuk. Masukkan hirisan cili merah, cili hijau dan daun bawang bersama dengan bawang goreng. Putarkan bahan-bahan sehingga agak rata. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam tin dan taburkan lebihan bijan (pastikan tin telah dileserkan dengan marjerin cair). Bakar roti di dalam ketuhar bersuhu 160C selama 50 minit. Di dalam mangkuk adunan, satukan kesemua bahan kering. Masukkan telur, susu, minyak sayuran, vanila dan air kelapa muda. Putarkan dengan pemutar elektrik selama 2 minit. Tuangkan air panas dan kacau adunan dengan rata. Bakar kek di dalam ketuhar selama 35-40 minit.
